Getting much better a year later.... After a DVHS JV football game last year, we waited over 65 minutes after ordering for a properly cooked burger, and when two came out cold, we left... However, with a Free UFC event this July, we figured we'd give another try. While suspect, we had a wonderful night & really enjoyed the food, drinks, and the cage fighting. The waitress Massie made the evening even more of a delight: Kudos to your hiring of her!

    All the best,  JM

Do all BWW's purposely have the slowest service or do they just hire thee most incompetent people? When customers are waiting 30-40 minutes on their orders or refills for their drinks, how are they able to stay in business? It's insane .

I've been to most of them in the Bay Area/Sacramento/Orange County and they never fail to disappoint me. This particular time, our server took forever to just refill our drinks and there is only two of us. It got to the point where I got up and refilled the drinks myself lol. I don't understand why they have those people walking around asking people how their service is when they should be helping their incompetent servers.

I guess this is partly my fault too for continuing eat at their restaurants.

Ordered dinner from this place a few weeks ago and was disappointed. The wings were definitely frozen and deep fried instantly. The sauce were weak in flavor and were not tasty. Quantity for the price was ok but quality no way.

The side vegetables carrot and celery were dry and stale definitely nothing was fresh.

For a restaurant style setting and with wings being your main dish it needs to be better. With much awareness on processed food nowadays not sure how long this business is going to last.

The ambience was good and if you are a beer lover you have some tap options and it is a good place to watch sports.

Had not been to our local Buffalo Wild Wings in some time and decided to give it a try again.  Came in last night around 6 PM or so and was told by the person seating us that the Tuesday special was "buy one get one free" traditional wings (small or snack size).  We thought we were in for a bonus, but....... The restaurant was less than 1/3 full and we got seated pretty quick (looked to be by one of the managers).  We only were two people but we sat for about 15 minutes with our menus stacked up at the end of the table while at least 6 different servers ran around and never checked with us, took our order or explained that they were really busy but would get to us or even looked our way.  We saw two servers have a detailed conversation about 15 feet from us, but not really paying attention to any of the tables.

Must be a work assignment thing?  Or possibly a bit of confusion about exact server responsibilities?  Or maybe people think customers want to spend an hour or so waiting for your wings after waiting to get an order taken.  We gave up after 15 minutes and left our menus (provided to us when we sat) and walked out.  We were going to tell the host/hostess, but there were no employees in the front area.  I think I understand why people get wings to go instead of eating in at this location.

Sorry that we left after unwrapping our napkin/utensils - we incorrectly thought it was a good idea to stop in for dinner.
